The meeting called to order at 1:10 PM by Chairman Charles Stutsman.

Self-Introductions:

September Meeting Minutes were read by Secretary Billy Harrison.

Committee Reports(s):
Treasurer's Report was given by Treasurer Raymond Lenz.
Disbursements and receipts:
A check card purchase in the amount of $229.14 was made from Jason’s Deli to pay for the
September lunch.
A check card purchase in the amount of $31.59 was made at Krogers for drinks and supplies
for SBE Meetings.
A check in the amount of $229.14 was received from Dennis Ford at Fiber Group to cover the
cost of the September lunch.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:
Checking: $4,153.67
Petty Cash: $269.05
Total Chapter Assets: $4,422.72

Elections: 28 Votes were cast for the nominees.
The 2012-2013 Officers are:
President - Raymond Lenz
Vice President – Mike Matovich
Treasurer – Kim Beeman
Secretary – Billy Harrison
Board of Directors – Keith O’Malley, John Parker, John Heimerl.
Charles Stutsman is a board member as past president.

SBE National: Nothing to report

EAS: IPAWS CAP EAS server goes down periodically

Certification: Nothing to report.

Frequency Coordination: Gary Becknell reported Hampton University 2Ghz equipment is temporary.
CBS Sports is using wireless equipment ant the Virginia Beach Sportsplex.
Gary is also working on updating frequency information. Please let him know if you have done
anything new.

Web: Chris Gunnufesn has found some changes that need to be made on the website. He will informed
Ted Hand.

Membership: Nothing to report
