Committee Reports:

Secretary: Secretary, Billy Harrison read the minutes from the May meeting.

Treasurer: June Treasurer’s Report given by Raymond Lenz

Disbursements and receipts:
The meeting for the month of May, held on the 15th was sponsored by Tektronix.
There were no expenses for the May meeting.
A check card purchase in the amount of $46.50 was made from Krogers to
pay for drinks and food items for today’s activities.
There have been no receipts.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:
Checking: $4,659.41
Petty Cash: $269.05
Total Chapter Assets: $4,928.46

SBE National: Charles Stutsman presented the SBE membership check to Ray Lenz for the amount $551.40

EAS: EAS CAP Deadline is June 30 2012

Certification: No report

Membership: Nothing

Frequency Coordination: Gary Becknell gave an update on the T-Mobile AWS frequency testing.

Web Site: Nothing new

Other Business:
Charles Stutsman will be attending the NAB National Meeting June 23.
Visual discription deadline is July 1, 2012
