Disbursements and receipts:
A check in the amount of $200.37 was written to Orapax for the January lunch.
There have been no receipts.

SBE National: Nothing to report.

EAS: Nothing to report.

Frequency Coordination: Nothing to report.

Web: Nothing to report.

Certification: SBE certifications underway, Bill Swartz is helping George Randall.
The window is now open for taking exams.

Membership: Nothing to report.

Digital Transition: Nothing to report.

New Business: In November the SBE Exec. Director announced a strategic planning meeting,
now set for this year in Indianapolis. For Charles to go, we need to budget room $285 plus
$387 airfare so about $750 to attend.

A motion was made and seconded. Approval vote was unamious to approve the money to send Charles Stutsman. Amended to $800 max. by Ray Lenz to be sure there are enough funds available to Charles. Moved, seconded. Approved.

Harrisonburg, VA is the potential location for an 8VSB seminar this year -
Scrignoli discussion, looking for interest. No comments other than duration.

Webinars were discussed pertaining to types and costs.

Program: John Heinke. Upcoming March, camera lenses, April: no plans (NAB),
May: Sony, new monitors OLED.

Program: Presentation on Cameras and software from Marshall.
