Meeting called to order at 1:05 PM by Chairman Charles Stutsman

Self-Introductions:

December meeting minutes were read by Secretary Billy Harrison

Treasurer’s report given by Treasurer Ray Lenz.
Disbursements and receipts:
A check card purchase was made at Farm Fresh in the amount of $20.64 for drinks.
Damon Roach of Harris paid for the December lunch from Orapax with a credit card.
There have been no receipts.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:
Checking: $5,096.62
Petty Cash: $269.05
Total Chapter Assets: $5,365.67

SBE National: New Rules for EAS CAP released.

EAS: SBE EAS exchange of ideas is at the SBE website.

Certification: March 23 deadline for applying for the certification test to be given at NAB .

Membership: Discussion of updating membership list there are currently 61 members in chapter 54.

Frequency Coordination: Nothing to report

Web: EAS RMT for both North Carolina and Virginia are now available on www.sbe54.org.

New Business: Charles Stutsman discussed the SBE National Chapter Chairman Meeting June 8th in Indianapolis.
