Treasurer Ray Lenz reported the following:
Disbursements and receipts:
A check in the amount of $191.56 was written to Orapax for January's lunch.
A check in the amount of $243.55 was received from Colin Gotimer of Connectivity Solutions
in payment for September's 2010 lunch.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:

Petty Cash: $269.05
Total Chapter Assets: $5,751.20

SBE National: Nothing to report

EAS: The March tornado drill was discussed. The drill will be coded 'TOR' and will be sent out as a warning.
Chairman Charles Stutsman asked if a representative from the NWS would be asked to attend the March SBE meeting.

Certification: Nothing to report.

Membership: Nothing to report.

Frequency Coordination: Chris Gunnefsen brought up that a new 13GHZ link was being perused in Hampton Roads.

Digital Transition: Nothing to report.

Web Site: Nothing to report.

Charles Stutsman discussed the March meeting will be a primer on networking. A possible presentation on digital radio was discussed.

Program: Kevin Weiner of Cox Communications presented the cable fiber ring and how the signal gets to the customers home.
