The meeting called to order at 1:05 PM by Chairman Charles Stutsman.

July Meeting Minutes were read by Secretary Billy Harrison.

Treasurer's Report was given by Treasurer Raymond Lenz.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:
Checking: $3,672.92
Certificate of Deposit: $1,996.47
Petty Cash: $269.05
Disbursements and receipts:
A check was made out in the amount of $267.27 to Orapax for the July meeting lunch. A purchase in the
amount of $19.71 was made from Krogers to purchase drinks and dinnerware.
A check in the amount of $267.27 was received from Bob Bush of Evertz to pay for the July lunch.
Total Chapter Assets: $5,938.44

Elections: Chris Gunnefsen volunteered to be nominee chairman for Chapter 54.

SBE National: SBE elections ballots are due Thursday, August 26.

EAS: Charles Stutsman asked if anyone would be the EAS coordinator for the chapter.

SBE National is holding a webinar - "The 'New' EAS: What Every Broadcaster Needs to Know", on Thursday, August 19 at 2:00 pm EDT

Certification: Exam dates and locations are on the SBE National website and on www.sbe54.org.

Frequency Coordination: WTTD-LP (Channel 53) Hampton is off the air and will be changing to a digital channel.

Web: Chapter 54 won the "Best Chapter Website" award.

Membership: Nothing to report

Digital Transition: Nothing to report.

Program: Chris Ahern presented IKEGAMI Monitors and Cameras.
