The meeting called to order at 1:10 PM by Chairman Charles Stutesman.

Checking: $3,186.13
Certificate of Deposit: $1,974.71
Petty Cash: $269.05
Disbursements and receipts:
A check in the amount of $209.29 was written to Orapax in payment for the January lunch.
A check in the amount of $75.00 was received from Doug Davidson in payment for a
sustaining membership for JVC. A check in the amount of $75.00 was received from
Eddie Durham in payment for a sustaining membership for ECS.
Total Chapter Assets: $5,429.89

Certification: April 13th certification test at NAB in Las Vegas

Membership: Richard Dyer is the new membership coordinator

Digital Transition: Nothing to report

Program: Cindy Edwards of Broadcast General Store arranged for Bruce Roberson from
Digital Alert Box (DAS) to present EAS past, present and future. The main subject was
how EAS information will get to the broadcaster in the future.
