Meeting called to order at 1:10 PM by Vice Chairman Marlon Baskerville

Treasurer’s Report was given by Treasurer Raymond Lenz
Balance in Chapter Accounts:
Checking: $2,766.54
Certificate of Deposit: $1,924.24
Petty Cash: $176.65
Disbursements and receipts:
A check for the amount of $39.30 was written to College Burrito to cover
the cost of lunch for the April Business Meeting.
There were no Receipts.
An increased interest rate has been applied to our Certificate of Deposit.
It was raised from 2.06% to 2.21%.
Total Chapter Assets: $5,167.43

SBE National: John Heimerl was recognized as an SBE Fellow
John will be inducted at the Fall National SBE meeting in Verona, NY
Oct 7th.

EAS: Paul Campbell sent out a RMT updated schedule

Certification: Nothing

Frequency Coordination: Nothing

Web: Nothing to report.

Membership: Discussion on recruiting engineers. Whitlock Group
will sponsor a Chapter 54 booth at next years Convergence Show.
Richard Dyer proposed an engineer panel discussion with students at local colleges.

Digital Transition: Nothing New

Program: Eric Goodmurphy with Ross Production Technology presented
the Open Gear Frame equipment (opengear.tv)
