Certificate of Deposit: $1,924.24

Disbursements and Receipts: There were no disbursements of receipts.

Certificate of Deposit was renewed as of 22 December, 2008 for a period of two years at a blended rate of 2.00%. “Blended Rate” means that the annual percentage yield is graduated in four steps and the four rates are “blended”. This means, for us, that for the first six months we receive 1.76%, the second six months we receive 1.91%, the third six months we receive 2.06% and the final six months we will receive 2.21%. This all blends into an overall rate of 2.00% per year for two years.

Digital Transition: WHRO will be having an open house on January 16.

New Business: Discussion on new membership / apprenticeship program. Richard Dyer will send out questionnaire on what individual stations need. Charles Stutsman will get information on the SBE National education program.
