Call to order: Call to order at 1:10 by Chairman, Chris Gunnefsun, followed by self introductions.

Secretary: Secretary, Billy Harrison read the November minutes.

Petty Cash: $386.70

Disbursements: Check card purchase in the amount of $152.59 made to Orapax for November lunch. Received a total of $138.00 from November lunch collection.

SBE National: Chris Gunnefsun reported the upcoming certification dates and Digital Transition web sites.

Other Business: Keith O’Malley proposed a discussion on the 2 GHz frequency transition at the January meeting.

Program: Leitch / Harris did a very informative program of testing and measuring HD video and EAS audio.
