Self-introductions

Charles Stutsman was given a "certificate of appreciation" by the chapter for his service as chapter Chairman for the past two years.

Committee Report(s):

Treasurer: Frank Butler reported the following... Checking: $2,870.39, Certificate of Deposit: $1,735.00, Petty Cash: $226.74. Total Chapter assets: $4,832.13.
Disbursements: Check number 1072, Smokey's Bones, October Lunch.
Income: received check from Whitlock for October Lunch.

SBE National: Ted Hand reported on National Meeting in Dallas. Discussed dues increase of $3 effective July 2006

EAS: Keith O'Malley reported on the E-Net system from Richmond. New codes should be loaded into your EAS encoder. Discussed Amber Alert issues, late test.

Certification: Bill Swartz was not present, the February 2006 test deadline is Dec 30.

Web: Ted Hand was present, nothing to report

Frequency Coordination: Ted Hand was present, nothing to report.

Membership: Richard Dyer was not present. National Memebership Directory have been mailed out.

Program: Doug Davison was present, Pro-Bel has backed out for the December program. A company doing teleconfernecing will be the program in December.

Chris Gunnufsen will check to see if Gary Sgrignoli can give his 8VSB Measurement seminar here in Norfolk, in March of 2006.

The program was Omneon servers by Tony Short, Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager
