EAS: Keith O'Malley was not present.

Certification: Bill Swartz reported that the February 2006 Test deadline is Dec 31.

Web: Ted Hand was present, nothing to report

Membership: Richard Dyer was present, nothing to report

Frequency Coordination: Ted Hand gave information concerning how WSKY-TV will reverse its current STL link. WYRM (AM1110) is still unlicesned and cause problems for WNIS (AM790).

Program: Pro-Bel has backed out for the December program. This month program was: Diego Lopez - Sony, gave a talk on the ANYCAST System.

Motion by Kevin Thompson, seconded by Tom Jordan to have Gary Sgrignoli give his 8VSB Measurement seminar, here in Norfolk, in March of 2006. It was voted and approved.

An audit of the chapter financial records were done by Charles Stutsman and John Heinkle, All records are in great shape.

Greg Lesko was not present, but will be given a "certificate of appreciation" by the chapter for his service as chapter Secretary.

Russell Taylor was nominated from the floor as a candidate for Secretary by Ted Hand, seconded by Chris Gunnufsen.

Open voting was held and the listed candidates were elected. They will take office at the November meeting.

Kevin Thompson was named to the Board of Directors, replacing Peter Dennant.
