Treasurer: Checking - $2,170.17; C.D. - $1,725.02; Petty Cash - $226.74. Disbursements: Check number 1058 was issued to Chris Gunnufsen for 213.75 to pay for March Lunch. Received check from the Whitlock Group for $213.75 to cover March lunch. Chapter 54 total assets are $4,121.93.

Freq. Coordinator: Ted Hand: East Carolina Radio group has received licenses for STL’s. No action on WZNR STL request.

Membership: Richard Dyer: Not present.

EAS: Keith O’Malley: Not present.

Certification: Bill Swartz: Gave deadline for fall test dates.

New Business: Approved $40.00 to be repaid to Ted Hand for his Washington, DC trip.
