Meeting called to order at 1:00 PM by President Charles Stutsman

Self-introductions

November minutes approved.

Committee Report(s):

Treasurer: Checking - $2,009.55; C.D. - $1,697.35; Petty Cash - $113.74. Disbursements: Check number 1054 issued to Chris Gunnufsen to pay for November Lunch. Chapter 54 total assets is $3,840.64

Freq. Coordinator: Ted: LPTV 56 (Home Shopping Channel) filed to change to 14. NexTel Update: Drop dead date 5/21/07. Convert all by then. 2 stages: 1st by 7/15/05. Consult FCC website for complete details. PID changes on digital dates: TSID/Digital ID - 2/1/05.

EAS: Keith O’Malley: Richmond close to transition to satellite delivery. Will allow for delivery of much more data.

Certification: Bill Swartz: December 27th deadline for 2/4 – 2/14 exams.

New Business: Vendors wish to pay for lunch with credit card. Chapter will establish a PayPal account to handle.

By-Laws: Changes review by Charles. Quorum present for vote (10% of chapter). 13 members present. Paul Schubert made motion. John Heimeral seconded. Motion passed to revise by-laws.

Program: Evertz products.
