Meeting called to order at 1:00 PM by President Charles Stutsman

Self-introductions

September minutes approved.

Committee Report(s):

National: Ted Hand: Ted attended fall national meeting. A number of transmitter sited have been broken into around the country. IF anyone has an incident, YOU MUST call the F.B.I. since it is a Federal Offence. On the digital side, new PCIP rules go into effect Feb. 1, 2005. All digital sub-channels must be identified by then.

Web Site: Bob Boone: Ted Hand is working hard on redoing site. GREAT JOB!

By-Laws: Many changes going into effect. Please review document from web site (www.sbe54.org). Voting on the proposed changes will take place at the December meeting. If approves, next elections will tape place in December, 2005. An error in the document was noticed: Charles Stutsman proposed a motion to change the audit report date to September as well as e-mailing notices instead of regular mail. Motion made by Tom Jordan, Seconded by Ted Hand. Motion Passed.

Discussion on Sustaining Membership: NEW sustaining membership cost will be $50 until July 1, 2005. After that date, the cost will be $75 annually. All current members will be FREE until July 1st, due to limited exposure on the web site, a result of its renovation.

Next meeting: The Christmas Party! Location To Be Announced.
