Secretary: Read notes from previous month meeting.
Treasurer: Frank: $2793.00 - No outstanding checks; $1696.36 in CD; $56.88 Petty cash.
Freq. Coordinator: Ted: No report.
EAS: Keith: Working on contacts for satellite distribution from Richmond.
Membership: Richard: Discussion of SBE library & bookstore and its usage.

New Business: Federal I.D. # applied for and received by Ted Hand. We are listed as "Other-Non-profit; Other- Non-Church" Bank accounts have been changed to reflect this status.
Volunteers sought for chapter audit. Should be done every time a Treasurer changes. Needs to be done in April or May.
Meeting day change effective June '04. May meeting May 11th. Thompson-Grass Valley demo.
Richard Dyer announced position opening for Master Control operator with City of Virginia Beach.
Chapter By-Laws located: more inclusive. Motion made and passed to compare "original" By-Laws and "New" By-Laws by Peter Dennant, John Heimeral, Ted Hand and Charles Stutsman.
Peter emphasizes, "KISS" principal relating to keeping proceedings and governing rules simple.
Suggestion made to accompany e-mails with a Master Calendar of chapter events made by Richard Dyer.
John Heimeral set date for review committee. Thursday May 6th., Noon at WHRO meeting room.
Frank Butler raised question regarding dates: Chapter terms, Length for record keeping.
