Secretary: No report
Treasurer: Certificate of deposit still growing.
Freq. Coordinator: Ted is cleaning up database. Needs info from stations or will take from FCC database. Entered in national award for frequency coordination, based on Sniper Trial/First Flight work. All stations discussing upcoming 2 Ghz. Re-alignment. Channel 1 & 2 removed from band, leaving 5 analog channels OR converting to digital. However, conversion to digital must be done as a market! Ted will attend National Frequency Coordination meeting at NAB, in April.

March - AES Audio demonstration by Leitch at WHRO.
April - NAB conflict? TBA
May - Thompson/Grass Valley

Web: Bob Boone re-doing site. Ted Hand working on antenna list. EAS contacts updated. Discussion of wether chapter should post frequency coordination info on web page.

National: Ted Hand: Budget OK. Ted on nominating committee. See Ted if you wish further info.

New Business: Chapter/WHRO interested in helping students. Sone stations have paid internships. Discussion of providing financial assistance. More discussion on this.
Discussion on chapter providing financial assistance for chapter chairperson to attend NAB. $600 limit proposed. Motion made by Ted Hand, seconded by Peter Dennant. Motion passed.
Finally, discussion on proposed meeting day change, to Thursday, to better accommodate WHRO and us. An e-mail requesting yes/no on this issue will be forthcoming. Majority rules.
