Be aware that these documents are prepared in 300 dpi resolution. We've heard that some laser-jet printers don't print the graphics correctly, and our tests indicate that this is related to the user's print driver resolution set to a higher number (like 600 dpi). There is no clear cause-and-effect relationship, but it may be related to memory limitations in either the computer or printer.
